1. Order Processing
All orders will be processed within 1-3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays). Orders placed on holidays or weekends will be processed on the next working day.
2. Shipping Coverage
We ship to the United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Australia and most European countries. We do not deliver to PO boxes and APO/FPO addresses.
3. Shipping Rates & Rules
- Standard Shipping: $4.99
- Express Shipping: $12.99
- Free Standard Shipping: All orders over $59
4. Delivery Time
- Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
- Express Shipping: 2-3 business days
Delivery time is for reference only, delays caused by customs, weather or logistics are beyond our control.
5. Tracking Information
After your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number to check delivery status.
6. International Customs & Duties
For international orders, import duties, taxes and related fees are the sole responsibility of the buyer. We are not responsible for customs clearance issues and related costs.
7. Bulk & Wholesale Orders
For large wholesale bulk orders, we will arrange professional bulk logistics separately. Please contact our customer service for detailed shipping quotes and delivery schedules.
8. Lost or Missing Packages
If your package is lost or missing, please contact us immediately. We will cooperate with the logistics provider to investigate and solve the problem.
