Return & Refund Policy

This policy applies to all retail and bulk wholesale orders placed on lyocrisp.com.

1. Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 30 calendar days after you receive the goods.
- Items must be unopened, unused, with original packaging intact.
- Due to food safety regulations, **opened, consumed or partially used food products are NOT eligible for return or refund**.
- Clearance items and customized bulk orders are final sales and cannot be returned.

2. Return Process
1. Send an email to support@lyocrisp.com with your order number and return reason.
2. Wait for our confirmation and return instructions.
3. Ship the product back to the designated address as required.

3. Shipping Cost for Returns
- If the item is damaged, defective or incorrect due to our mistake, we will cover the return shipping fee and arrange a full refund or replacement.
- For voluntary returns by customers, the return shipping cost shall be borne by the buyer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

4. Refund Processing
Once we receive and inspect the returned goods, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7 to 14 business days.

5. Damaged Goods on Arrival
Please contact us within 48 hours after delivery and provide photos of damaged products and packaging. We will handle compensation or replacement for qualified claims.
